Earn what you want. Work where you want. We bring the training, technology, and companies to support you.
A. About This Opportunity
At Emerald Insurance Advocates, we believe insurance is one of the most powerful ways to do good things for other people — and we’re looking for producers who feel the same way.
We serve military families, first responders, homeowners, business owners, investors, newlyweds, growing families, and people preparing for whatever life brings next. Every policy placed helps another family or business stand on firmer ground. That’s the work. That’s the mission.
You bring the relationships, the follow-through, and the desire to make a real difference. We bring everything else.
Earn What You Want
Your income is determined by your effort and your relationships — not a salary ceiling someone else set.
Work Where You Want
Build your business from wherever you work best. We’re set up to support you no matter where you are.
We Handle the Rest
Training, technology, and access to nearly 100 carrier partners — so you can focus on people, not paperwork.
B. What You’ll Do
- Build and grow a book of business through prospecting, community relationship building, and referral partnerships.
- Identify, qualify, and develop P&C insurance opportunities across personal and commercial lines through the insured’s preferred forms of communication.
- Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up, accurate quotations, and genuine account support.
- Use our carrier panel to place each account with the company that fits their coverage needs best.
- Field client and prospect inquiries, ensuring all relevant account information is accurately documented and maintained in agency systems.
- Obtain best coverage and rate for the insured, process quotes, and bind coverage; follow up as necessary with required documentation.
- Present policies to clients and educate them on coverages and options in plain language they can understand.
- Support clients through renewal and retention, building lasting relationships on trust and follow-through.
- Maintain CE requirements and stay current on industry products, legislation, and technology.
- Additional responsibilities as mutually agreed upon.
C. Who We’re Looking For
We’re not looking for people who want to sell insurance. We’re looking for people who want to make good things happen for other people — and have found that insurance is a powerful way to do it.
We care far more about character, work ethic, and a genuine desire to help people than we do about industry experience. Insurance experience is welcomed — but it is not required.
